How the Program Actually Works
Our next intake starts September 2025. Classes run Tuesday evenings for eight weeks, with optional Saturday workshops for deeper topics.
Foundation Phase
Three weeks focused on understanding your current situation. You'll gather data, identify patterns, and start seeing where changes might help. This phase is about awareness, not judgment.
Strategy Development
Two weeks building your personal approach. We'll work through different frameworks and tools until you find methods that actually fit your life. Not what works for someone else.
Implementation Support
Three weeks putting everything into practice with regular check-ins. This is where theory becomes habit. You'll troubleshoot problems and refine approaches based on real results.
